About our founder

As the Founder and Director of Made Human, Stuart Shepherd brings executive-level leadership and deep sector expertise. Stu has spent the last 10 years as a Director at the Clemenger Group leading specialist agency Redhanded, a Director of Porter Novelli and Clemenger Studio. His award-winning professional background has seen him become a specialist in B2B and B2B2C marketing and behavioural change practice. Over the years, Stu has honed his skills in commercial creativity and brand strategy. A specialist in creative technology integration and a Certified Lego Serious Play Facilitator, Stu leverages his extensive career experience to bridge the gap between business innovation and human intuition.
